1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, requesting a workforce scoping consultation, or executing a Statement of Work (SOW) with Taskora Group LLC ("Taskora"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in conjunction with any specific Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between the parties.
2. Scope of Services
Taskora provides remote staffing curation, talent onboarding, managed team supervision, and back-office process execution across agreed functional verticals. Specific roles, performance SLAs, shift hours, and fee structures are governed by individual client Statements of Work.
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Complete Work-for-Hire Assignment: All intellectual property, source code, data assets, customer lists, architectural documents, and deliverables created by Taskora dedicated staff on behalf of a client are 100% owned exclusively by the client upon receipt of standard monthly service fees.
4. Dedicated Staffing & Supervision
Dedicated specialists work exclusively for the assigned client during contracted operating hours. The client directs daily operational workflows, tasks, and software tooling, while Taskora oversees statutory payroll, benefits, workstation equipment, attendance verification, and operational support.
5. Replacement Guarantee
In the event that a selected specialist fails to meet client performance standards, Taskora commits to initiating an expedited replacement search at zero additional recruitment cost, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of service.
6. Billing & Invoicing
Staffing engagements are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle as specified in the relevant Statement of Work. Standard payment terms are net-due upon receipt unless otherwise negotiated in writing.
7. Confidentiality & Restrictive Covenants
Both parties agree to treat all business plans, customer lists, financial data, and technical secrets as strictly confidential. Taskora enforces comprehensive NDAs with all employees and remote contractors.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from client engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
